This service is designed to bring a fresh look to places that regular domestic cleaning services do not offer.

Communal Areas

Clean and disinfect all floors and hallways using the correct type of cleaning materials
Clean all glass (furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames etc)
Clean, polish and disinfect all tops and surfaces
Clean internal windows and their seals
Clean all doors and their frames in addition to polishing the door handles
Clean all banisters and skirting boards removing any built up dust/dirt
Clean radiators and covers
Vacuum carpets, Upholstery and cushions
Move all light furniture and vacuum underneath and behind
Drawers, shelves and bins to be cleared of any rubbish
Dust picture frames, lamp shades and clean light switches and sockets

Kitchen

Clean, polish and disinfect all work surfaces; wall tiles to be cleaned and polished
Clean inside cupboards and drawers removing all old food, carrier bags etc
Clean, polish and disinfect sink, taps as well as removing lime scale
Clean oven internally and externally to remove built up grease polishing any external chrome
Clean and remove grime from the extractor fan
Clean and defrost refrigerator removing all grime, mildew and food deposits
Clean washing machine inside and out; cleaning the rubber at the door and soap drawer filters
Clean dishwasher inside and out
Clean exterior of all appliances including kettle, toaster and microwave

Bathrooms

Clean, de-scale and disinfect toilet bowl and seat inside and out
Clean, de-scale and disinfect the bath tub/ shower as well as their screens
Clean and polish all wall tiles
Clean and polish all glass and mirrors
Clean and disinfect all wash basins, taps, fans and surfaces
Clean and disinfect the floors; If carpet to be vacuumed
Remove old soap and shampoo etc
Shelves and bins to be cleared of any rubbish

Bedrooms

All bedroom furniture/storage units will be cleaned inside and out
Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed. Professional steam cleaning can be added upon request
Mattresses to be lifted and cleaned underneath
Clean radiators and covers in addition to the skirting boards and architraves
Dust picture frames, lamp shades
Clean light switches and sockets
Drawers, shelves and bins to be cleared of any rubbish
Professional carpet cleaning is not included in the standard End of Tenancy Clean

Cleaning of plastic/metal/wooden Blinds is a time consuming task and not included as standard in our Task List. We can arrange this upon request .

Exterior of the property such as balconies, gardens and garages, external windows cleaning are not originally included in our estimates. Please let us know if you require any exterior areas to be included.

We will move furniture to assist us to perform the Services, provided that any items of furniture can easily and safely be moved by one person. We do not move fitted appliances (such as Washing Machines, Driers, Dish Washers, Fridge and Freezers.).

Please note that we do not wash or attempt to clean painted walls.
